Currently, the Embassy of Vietnam asks that you send two completed copies of the visa application form, your passport, two passport-sized photos and a visa fee of $65.

2. Applying for a visa on arrival

You can also apply for a visa on arrival, just fill in the online application form and wait a few days to get your approval letter that allow you to board the plane and get stamp at Vietnam airport. This type of visa saves you both time and money.
