Vietnamsvisa and the customer have mutually agreed as follows:
Article 1: Scope of Vietnam Visa Application
1.1 Vietnamsvisa undertakes to supply the customer “Vietnam Visa pre – Approval Letter” with the exact information as in the customer’s Vietnam Visa Application Form consisting of your name, your date of arrival and date of departure, your nationality and your passport number.
1.2 Quantity: as per paid Vietnam Visa Application for our service.
1.3 Vietnamsvisa guarantees that all the applications mentioned in the paid “Vietnam Visa Application” must be correct on information and time conforms to the
National Ordinance No. 24/2000/PL-UBTVQH10 of Vietnam Government. 1.4 All transactions are made online.
Article 2: Vietnam Visa Price
2.1 Our price includes our service fees and excludes stamping fee. The service fee is firm and not subject to any alteration and be paid to us via Paypal. The stamping fee is required to pay at Vietnam Int’l Airport (specifically at Check-in point after you give them Vietnam Visa Approval Letter to get your visa stamped on passport).
2.2 The total value of the Contract’s amount is USD.
2.3 The transaction is made through e-mail so there have no shipping fee or consulate fee; Vietnamsvisa provides free immigration advices and other required travel services to meet your requirements.

3.2 Vietnamsvisa agrees to do our best efforts to make the Pre – Approval Letter Vietnam Visa delivered as soon as possible and to anticipate if possible the delivery dates.
3.3 Vietnam Visa Payment conditions
The payment for Vietnam visa application should be made in USD.
Email of requirements for payment indicates the amount and reason for payment.
Article 4: Delivery terms
4.1 The Vietnam Visa processing time is calculated from the date of your online application approved by our Vietnam Immigration Department.
4.2 The delivery date is not later than 3 working days (except for Saturday and Sunday or special requirements for Africa or Middle East nationalities).
4.3 In some urgent or super urgent cases, the Approval Processing Time can be shorter (1 day, ½ day or even 1 hour). The processing fees for these cases range about 10% or 30% from the net cost.
4.4 Email notice shall be as follows:
A preliminary notification of email has to be sent by Vietnamsvisa.com to the customer by within the same day they apply for Vietnam Visa Approval Letter including the following informations:
- Number of Visa Application
- Payment link (In case the customer does not pay for our service)
- Requirements and Tips before coming Vietnam in one package
4.5 Immediately after delivering Vietnam Visa Approval Letter. All files (legal supporting documents) are transferred in PDF including:
- Vietnam Visa Approval Letter
- The specific guidance at the Vietnam Int’l Airport
- Vietnam entry form
for the Customer to prepare the entry formalities.
Article 5: Penalty for false information in the customer’s Approval Letter
5.1 In the event that Vietnamsvisa fails to deliver Vietnam Visa Approval Letter in accordance with your provided information, the Customer shall have the right to demand from Vietnamsvisa 100% free visa.
5.2 Problems may be due to mistakes made by Vietnamsvisa: these can be corrected by offering the dissatisfied customer a replacements, a refund or a credit note (to be used when paying for the next order).z
5.3 Vietnamsvisa shall not liable for payment of penalty if delay is due to force majeure caused by any other event beyond the control of the parties which can cannot be foreseen or avoided.
Article 6: Force Majeure
The intervention and the cessation of force majeure circumstances (Strike, fire, flood, acts of Gods, earthquakes) must be notified by email of Vietnamsvisa to Customer within 2 days and then confirmed by letter the same together with certificate issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. Beyond this time, the force majeure circumstances shall not be taken in consideration.
